Partner and Principal Designer, Ashley DeLapp has over 23 years of experience in the architecture and interior design industry. As Principal Architectural Designer with her firm Ashley DeLapp Interior Design, she has been published both locally and nationally and has a solid reputation in her field.

Ashley’s extensive project management experience ensures every Skratch project finishes on time and on budget. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a mom of two teenage boys.

Partner and Head of Business Operations, Jeff Beckerman has spent the last twenty-five years of his career managing and overseeing the operation of multi-million dollar companies. In the early 2000’s, Jeff launched Southern Style Developers, a Real Estate Investment firm focusing on purchasing and developing land and rental properties. In 2008 Jeff opened his own consulting firm working directly with various businesses to help increase the company’s brand awareness and grow their revenue. After selling his consultancy Jeff has been putting his financial and management experience to work on the business side of Skratch Renovations dealing directly with contractors, agents, and buyers.
